5. Medical Consultations and Prescriptions

Online Consultations

Certain Products require a medical consultation before they can be supplied. You must complete an online consultation form accurately and honestly. Providing false or misleading health information may result in serious harm and is strictly prohibited.

Prescriber Decisions

All prescription requests are subject to clinical review by a qualified Prescriber. The Prescriber has absolute discretion to:

  • Approve or decline a prescription request
  • Request further information before issuing a prescription
  • Recommend an alternative treatment or refer you to your GP
  • Cancel a prescription where they consider it clinically inappropriate

A declined prescription does not constitute a medical diagnosis. We strongly recommend consulting your GP or another healthcare professional for ongoing health concerns.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and complete information about your medical history, current medications and allergies
  • Read all product and patient information leaflets supplied with your medication
  • Use medications only as directed
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience adverse effects
  • Inform your GP about any prescriptions issued through our service

6. Products and Pricing

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing on our Website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. If we discover an error in the price or description of a Product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to continue or cancel the order.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prescription charges and delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Availability

All Products are subject to availability. In the event a Product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

7. Orders and Payment

Placing an Order

Submitting an order through our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the Products to you or confirm that your prescription has been approved and is being processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

  • A prescription request is declined
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • There is a pricing or product error
  • The Product is out of stock

Payment

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before Products are dispatched.

If you choose a third-party payment provider (such as a buy-now-pay-later service), additional terms and conditions from that provider may apply. Please review their terms before proceeding.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the Products or confirmation that your prescription has been approved.

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation but are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom only

Prescription medicines are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.
