Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

Certain medicines and regulated products may be subject to geographical or legal restrictions. Where this applies, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Processing Times

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will usually be processed the same working day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Prescription-only medicines will only be dispatched once all clinical checks and approvals have been completed.

Delivery Methods & Timescales

We use reputable UK courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including adverse weather, courier delays or high seasonal demand.
  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time. These are subject to change without notice.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. This may include tracking details so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate and complete.
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details,
  • Failure to collect from a delivery office,
  • Refusal of delivery,

We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.

For medicines and temperature-sensitive products, we may not be able to resend returned items for safety reasons. In such cases, a refund may be issued minus delivery costs and any applicable administrative charges.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information (if provided).
  2. Check with neighbours or your local delivery office.
  3. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

We may require a reasonable investigation period before a replacement or refund is issued.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please take photographs of the packaging and contents.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Do not dispose of the items until we have advised you.

We may request further information to assess the claim.

Delivery of Medicines

Certain medicines require special handling, identity verification, or age verification upon delivery.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate.
  • You are legally entitled to receive the medicines ordered.
