Returns Policy

At mypharmacystop.com, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns policy carefully below.

This policy applies to all orders placed via mypharmacystop.com.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

[email protected]

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence that they have been returned), using the original payment method.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in a resaleable condition
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are returned used, opened, damaged, or not in a resaleable condition (unless faulty).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Medicines (including over-the-counter and pharmacy medicines)
  • Prescription products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Any sealed product where the seal has been broken

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

[email protected]

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Return Process

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain return instructions.

Returns should be sent to:

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

6. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Prescription-only medicines
  • Pharmacy medicines
  • Temperature-sensitive products
  • Opened health and beauty products
